CitiStore can bespoke the portal to your own requirement, allowing you to search and manage your archives with ease. Our substring search functionality allows you to search for a box or file using key words or numbers.
The useful reporting and query tool provides you with all of the tools needed to manage your files and boxes in one central, secure location.
A link to our system is provided along with your username and password. For multiple users within your organisation, permission based access ensures the security of each files or box. Assigning permissions is simple, we work with you to set up your system to work in the way you need it to.
